The error "SYS - ping after 6000ms" means that the Zigbee chip is not responding.
1. Check the set baud rate in the coordinator configuration (and Z2M/ZHA), most Zigbee coordinator firmwares work at 115200
2. Incorrect flow control. Flow control should be disabled (rtscts in Z2M)
3. Corrupted Zigbee chip firmware. Reflash the Zigbee chip with the coordinator firmware
